Trees

The main factors to consider when planting a tree in your garden is its suitability for the soil conditions and climate. As well as considering teh trees size when it eventually reaches maturity.

Positioning or siting trees in the garden is a serious task with many factors needing to be considered before planting. Tree roots are know to find their way into drains and pipes and can cause considerable damage over time as they expand. Healthy trees also take up large volumes of water from the surrounding soil, causing problems during times of drought. Deciduous trees will also loose their leaves during winter, these leaves can present problems when collected in roof gutters or swimming pools.
